Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the jueteng platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing any page of jueteng.app, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform, you indicate your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jueteng. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. jueteng reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon publication.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the jueteng platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
jueteng is intended for users located in the Philippines. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately and any funds may be withheld pending review.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of jueteng and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may register only one account on jueteng. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information and for keeping that information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or grant access to your account to any third party. jueteng will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account if such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify jueteng immediately via [email protected]. You agree to log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the jueteng platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or platform systems
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or misrepresentation
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code or attempting to interfere with platform security
- Using the platform if you are accessing it from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
jueteng reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, fund withholding, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on jueteng are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using supported payment methods as listed in your account area. jueteng does not accept payments from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes indicated at the time of request. jueteng reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals. Any fees associated with payment methods are the responsibility of the user unless otherwise stated.
Transactions are processed in good faith. In the event of a technical error that results in a payment being credited incorrectly, jueteng reserves the right to correct the balance. Participation in any promotion or bonus offer is subject to any applicable bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer. No guaranteed returns are promised on any wager or game played on the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
jueteng provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jueteng shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
All content on jueteng, including but not limited to the platform design, brand name, logo, text, game interfaces, and software, is the intellectual property of jueteng or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of jueteng's intellectual property may result in legal action.
The platform may contain links to third-party resources for informational purposes. jueteng does not endorse and is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party links is done at your own risk.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
jueteng reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or where we have reason to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes. In such cases, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed promptly, and any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of jueteng that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or dispute resolution bodies in the Philippines. By using the platform, you consent to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes.
